NADD already takes care of the official side. Your jumps and titles show up in your NADD account right after each event, and that's the record that counts.
The tricky part is everything else your dog does. Dock diving titles are on your NADD account, AKC titles like agility and Fast CAT are on AKC's site, and UKI and Barn Hunt each keep their own records, so no single one of them shows the whole dog.

Keep using your NADD account for what it does best: the official jumps, titles, and standings, updated right after each event. The tracker doesn't replace it, and it doesn't pull anything from it.

Distance, Air Retrieve, Hydro Dash
NADD Titles
NADD has three disciplines, and each one has its own divisions and its own title ladder, so a dog can be working on a Distance title and an Air Retrieve title at the same time. Here's every title, with the distance or time that puts a jump in each division. NADD's own title list also includes event titles from Regionals and Nationals and some retired Vertical titles, which sit outside these three ladders. NADD dogs can compete from 6 months and Veteran Class starts at 8, and our age requirements page compares every dock diving organization.
Each title is named for its discipline and division, so DJ is Dock Junior, AJ is Air Retrieve Junior, and HDJ is Hydro Dash Junior. In Air Retrieve and Hydro Dash a qualifying try is called a grab, because the dog has to grab the bumper hanging over the water.

How many qualifying jumps or grabs each level takes
Every NADD title starts the same way: five qualifying jumps (or grabs) in one division earn the division title, and after that your dog keeps building in the same division toward Advanced and then Excellent.

Qualifying jumps count within one division, and your dog has to earn the division title before Advanced or Excellent. If your dog earns titles in more than one division, the higher title becomes the title of record, so a DJX replaces a DNX on the official record. After Excellent, every 25 more Distance jumps (or 10 more Air Retrieve or Hydro Dash grabs) in the same division adds a number, like DJX2 and DJX3.
Lap class is for dogs under 16 inches at the withers, and it uses shorter distances and slower Hydro Dash times for the same titles. Premier is Distance only and Open only.

Title recognition
How AKC Dock Diving Titles Work
AKC dock diving titles are earned at NADD events. AKC recognizes NADD titles through its Title Recognition Program, so once you apply, they become part of your dog's AKC title record.
To add a NADD title to your dog's AKC record, you apply to AKC, either online through AKC's Title Application Portal or with the paper Diving Dogs title application. The paper form asks for a copy of the NADD title certificate and lists a $32 recording fee, and like NADD, AKC shows only the higher title, so a DJA replaces a DJ on the pedigree. Your dog needs an AKC number first, and mixed breed dogs can get one through AKC Canine Partners.

What is a dock diving title tracker?+
It’s a place to keep your dog’s dock diving titles together with the titles they’ve earned in every other sport. For dock diving, your NADD account stays the official record.
Can I track NADD dock diving titles?+
Yes. Every NADD Distance (including Premier), Air Retrieve, and Hydro Dash title is in the tracker, kept separate by discipline and division for each of your dogs.
Can I track qualifying jumps?+
You can, but you don’t need to. Your NADD account already shows every qualifying jump right after the event, so it’s simplest to add your NADD titles and your next goal here and let NADD keep the jump-by-jump record.
How many qualifying jumps do I need for a NADD dock diving title?+
Five qualifying jumps (or grabs) in one division earn the division title in every discipline. For Distance, Advanced takes 30 in total and Excellent 55, with a number added every 25 after that, and for Air Retrieve and Hydro Dash it’s 15, 25, and then every 10. Rules can change, so check your dog’s official record with NADD.
What about AKC dock diving titles?+
AKC’s dock diving titles are NADD titles, which AKC records through its Title Recognition Program once you apply online or with the paper form. Your dog needs an AKC number first, and mixed breed dogs can get one through AKC Canine Partners.
Can I track Distance Jump, Air Retrieve, or Hydro Dash?+
