Happy Dog League Title Tracker is an online dog title tracking tool created to help dog sport teams organize dog sport titles, Qs, points, goals, progress, and milestones.

The service is for personal tracking and organizational purposes only. It does not issue titles, certify official records, confirm eligibility, or replace official records from dog sport organizations, registries, clubs, or governing bodies.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. User-Entered Information

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you enter into the tracker, including dog names, titles, Qs, points, legs, goals, organizations, and progress entries.

We may provide tools that help organize or calculate progress based on the information you enter. However, you are responsible for verifying all official results, points, awards, titles, eligibility requirements, and qualification status with the appropriate official organization.

4. No Official Affiliation or Verification

Happy Dog League Title Tracker is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or officially connected to any dog sport organization, registry, club, event provider, or governing body listed on this site.

All organization names, logos, title names, event names, trademarks, and service marks belong to their respective owners.

Any organization names used on this site are used only to identify supported sports, title paths, events, or tracking categories.

5. Supported Sports, Organizations, and Features

We may add, update, change, or remove supported sports, organizations, titles, title paths, features, or tracking categories at any time.

We make reasonable efforts to provide useful tracking tools, but we do not guarantee that all title requirements, point calculations, qualification paths, or organization rules are complete, current, or error-free.

Users are responsible for checking official organization rules and records.

6. Subscription and Free Trial

Some features may require a paid subscription. If a free trial is offered, the trial length, price after trial, and billing frequency will be disclosed during signup.

Unless canceled before the trial ends, your subscription may automatically renew at the stated price and billing interval.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Access or attempt to access another user account
• Share login credentials in a way that abuses the service

• Attempt to bypass security or payment systems

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost data, lost profits, missed entries, incorrect records, missed qualifications, inaccurate title progress, or subscription interruptions.

Our total liability for any claim related to the website or service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service in the three months before the claim arose, or $100, whichever is greater.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Happy Dog League, its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse of official organization names, records, titles, or results.

14. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, misuse the service, or create risk for the website, other users, or our business.

After termination, we may retain certain information as required for legal, accounting, security, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States and the state where Happy Dog League is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
