Subscription, Billing, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

This Subscription, Billing, Refund, and Cancellation Policy explains how free trials, subscriptions, payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds work for Happy Dog League Title Tracker.

By starting a free trial, creating a paid subscription, or continuing to use the service after a trial ends, you agree to this policy.

1. Free Trial

Happy Dog League Title Tracker may offer a free trial for new users.

Unless otherwise stated at signup, the free trial provides full access to the tracker for 3 months. The trial length and any required payment information will be disclosed during signup.

2. Paid Subscription

After the free trial ends, the subscription is $5/month unless a different price is shown at signup.

The subscription provides continued access to the tracker, including dog profiles, title tracking, Q and point tracking, progress tracking, and other available features.

The subscription helps cover storage, maintenance, development, updates, and ongoing operation of the service.

3. Automatic Renewal

Unless you cancel before the end of your free trial or current billing period, your subscription may automatically renew each month at the current subscription price.

By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees until you cancel.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, billing portal, or by contacting us through our Contact page.

If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged after the trial ends.

If you cancel after a paid billing period begins, you will continue to have access through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated. Canceling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges.

5. Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or approved by us at our discretion.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us through our Contact page within 30 days of the charge. We will review the request and determine whether a refund is appropriate.

6. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we or our payment processor may attempt to process the payment again. We may notify you and ask you to update your payment method.

If payment is not received, we may suspend or limit access to paid features until payment is completed.

7. Price Changes

We may change subscription pricing in the future. If pricing changes, we will provide notice before the change applies to your subscription where required by law or platform rules.

Continued use of the service after a price change takes effect means you accept the updated price.

8. Account Data After Cancellation

If you cancel your subscription, access to paid features may end after your current billing period. We may retain account and tracker data for a period of time in case you choose to reactivate, unless you request deletion or we are required to delete it.

9. Payment Processor

Payments may be processed by a third-party payment processor, such as Stripe. Your payment information is handled by the payment processor according to its own terms and privacy policy.
